A Focused and Practical Personal Resilience Programme for Women
The fact is you cannot eliminate stress or pressure from your life, but through Resilience you can learn how to manage this for better outcomes in your work and personal life. This high quality learning experience will take Resilience strategies to the next level, whilst creating the opportunity to work with like-minded females who may share similar challenges, successes and personal experience.

This 6-month Programme Includes Group Coaching Calls and One-to-One Coaching. Topics covered:

- Creating our own unique style of Feminine Leadership
- Managing techno stress and the disruptive age
- Balance – not just work-life but whole-life
- The challenge for ‘face-time’ in networking
- Time to talk
- Growth mindset
Participants will leave the Programme with a deep understanding of Resilience, pressure and stress. Exploring how participants respond in ‘stretch’ situations enables true development of Bounce-Back capabilities. This programme will provide the opportunity to raise capacity for resilient, confident and positive living, through identifying your purpose and defining a unique resilient plan for yourself. Led by Sarah Flynn a Psychologist who has extensive experience in Woman’s Resilience and is passionate about Women’s progress in the world.
